The Temporary Post-Event Cleaners are responsible and essential, fast-acting sanitation professionals who ensure venues are restored to their original, pristine condition after large gatherings. Whether tackling the aftermath of a corporate conference, a music festival, a wedding, or a sporting event. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role requiring proficiency and safety, preserving the asset’s value while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Waste Management: Collecting, bagging, and removing large quantities of trash, as well as sorting recyclables and compostables.
- Surface Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming expansive floors, concourses, and seating areas.
- Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, focusing heavily on restrooms, food prep stations, and bar areas.
- Furniture Reset: Assisting with the breakdown, folding, and stacking of temporary event furniture like chairs, tables, and barricades.
- Detail Work: Spot-cleaning spills, removing stains from carpets or upholstery, and wiping down high-touch points like door handles and handrails.
- Lost & Found: Gathering and turning in items left behind by event attendees to venue management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy garbage bags or equipment for extended, fast-paced shifts.
- Flexibility: A willingness to work unconventional hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends immediately following an event's conclusion.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting left-behind debris, hidden spills, or damaged property in large venues.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to coordinate with event managers and fellow crew members to divide and conquer large spaces efficiently.
