Wow, it has been quite some time since we updated this blog! We apologize for the radio silence here on the web. Like everyone else in the Valley, we’ve just had our heads down working hard over the last couple of years.

We know things are tough right now. You can't turn on the news or open a newspaper without hearing about the housing crisis or the stock market. We see it every day, driving around Phoenix—lots of "For Sale" and foreclosure signs in neighborhoods that used to be booming.

We understand that everyone is tightening their belts right now. That’s actually why we wanted to write this post.

Back in '06, everyone was buying new houses or flipping old ones. Today, it’s about taking care of what you already have. Replacing flooring right now is a huge expense that most folks don't want to take on.

Regular professional cleaning extends the life of your carpet significantly. It removes the deep-down grit that acts like sandpaper on the fibers every time you walk on it. Over the last few years, we noticed many of you ripping out living room carpet and putting down ceramic or travertine tile instead. It’s great for keeping the house cool, but man, does that grout line get dirty fast in this desert dust.

With a high-pressure spinner system specifically for tile and grout. It blasts the dirt out of the pores of the grout lines without making a mess of your baseboards. It is seriously satisfying to watch the original color of the grout come back.
